1. Seller and scope
Buy Social Store is the trading name of [seller legal name pending], [seller business address pending]. Seller details must be completed before checkout opens. These terms cover this store’s resale of third-party digital account access, not services supplied by the underlying platforms. Contact support@buysocialstore.com. Version: 2026-10-23-v2.
2. Eligibility and your agreement
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this purchase. If purchasing for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Before ordering, review the product description, total, delivery details, platform-risk notice, refund policy and these terms. An unchecked checkbox asks for your agreement. We record the terms version and acceptance time with your order.
3. Independent resale and platform restrictions
We resell supplier-sourced accounts; we do not create accounts and are not endorsed by, affiliated with or an agent of the named platforms. Platform names are used to identify products. A sale does not convey platform intellectual property, waive platform rules, authorize impersonation or guarantee a transferable platform license. Platforms may prohibit transfers, require identity verification, restrict regions, reclaim access or suspend accounts. Consider these material risks before buying. This disclosure does not excuse our failure to deliver what we expressly advertised.
4. Product descriptions and provenance
The listing defines the promised access. Fresh, aged and standard are distinct categories. Dates, registration regions and verification descriptions are supplier-supplied unless expressly stated otherwise. “Email verified” alone excludes access to that inbox. Paid subscriptions, game licenses, items, audiences, monetization, resale permissions and ongoing phone access are excluded unless specifically listed. We do not knowingly offer stolen or compromised accounts or another person’s private data. A fictional profile label is not a guarantee of lawful provenance; suspected compromise is reviewed and affected listings may be paused.
5. Orders, prices and availability
Prices are in USD, quantities count individual accounts, and products are sold in packs of 5, 25 or 100. Prices depend on pack size and origin and are shown before payment. Displayed stock is refreshed regularly but is not guaranteed until payment. The server checks current availability and calculates the order total; a browser-edited price has no effect. A payment request reserves an order but is not proof of delivery. We accept an order when we confirm it following payment verification. If we reject an order or cannot supply it, we return the amount due under the refund policy. Material price or product changes require your agreement or cancellation, not a forced substitute.
6. Crypto payment
Payment is accepted only through the displayed crypto invoice. Follow its coin, network, address, amount and expiry instructions. The invoice discloses any provider charges; your wallet may charge a separate network fee. We never ask for seed phrases or wallet private keys. Payment confirmation comes from the processor, not a browser redirect. Underpayments, overpayments, late payments and wrong-network transfers need individual review. A transfer’s technical irreversibility does not remove a valid refund entitlement.
7. Delivery and account security
Orders are delivered automatically to the email you supply as a private download link after payment confirmation. Most orders arrive within minutes; some require a short manual check. If a delay occurs, contact support for an update or the remedy available under our refund policy and applicable law. You are responsible for a correct delivery address and for securing delivered access using platform-permitted settings. Do not send credentials through ordinary support messages. Delivery records may be retained as evidence; delivery alone does not defeat a valid defect claim.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use products for fraud, spam, phishing, identity impersonation, fake reviews or deceptive engagement, harassment, unlawful access, bypassing sanctions, or evading account suspensions or identity controls. Do not represent fictional profiles as real people or use a purchased identity to mislead others. Follow applicable laws and relevant platform conditions. We may decline or pause an order where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, source concerns or legal obligations; refunds remain subject to applicable rights rather than automatic forfeiture.
9. Remedies and limits
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted platform access, future eligibility, profits or performance not expressly described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for an ordinary contractual claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order and excludes speculative indirect loss. This limitation does not restrict mandatory consumer remedies, refunds owed, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that legally may not be limited. No supplier disclaimer overrides our own express commitments.
10. Governing law and disputes
Wyoming law governs to the extent legally permitted, together with applicable United States federal law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections, available courts or remedies under laws that apply to them. Start by contacting support so we can try to resolve the issue; doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising a statutory right, making a regulatory complaint or meeting a legal deadline. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
11. Rights-holder notices and changes
Rights holders, platforms and affected individuals may submit a specific concern through our rights-holder contact page. We review notices and may request evidence, pause a listing, preserve relevant records or remove material as appropriate. Providing that channel does not itself concede a disputed allegation or create an immunity from liability. Updated terms apply to future orders; the version accepted for an existing order remains part of that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
