Information used
Checkout collects your email, billing country, cart, accepted policy versions and order/payment records. The payment provider processes payment information and public blockchain transactions can be visible to others. Hosting services may record request and security logs. We do not need your wallet seed phrase or an existing platform password.
Purposes and lawful grounds
We use order information to perform the purchase, arrange delivery and support, process refunds, prevent abuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, these activities rely as applicable on contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests assessed against your rights. Optional marketing would require a separate choice; purchase is not a marketing subscription.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting and database providers process store data on our behalf. NOWPayments processes crypto invoices; email providers handle transactional messages and support. We source from third-party suppliers and limit any information shared for fulfillment to what is necessary; our standard workflow orders inventory ourselves instead of sending the buyer’s email to the supplier. Providers may process data internationally. Any safeguards required by applicable law must be in place before offering sales in the relevant region. We do not sell or rent customer personal information.
Storage on your device
The cart is saved in local storage so it survives a page reload, and a checkout reference is kept in session storage for the payment status page. Neither stores delivered account credentials. This version uses no advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Clearing site storage removes the local cart; browser settings may disable persistence without preventing a memory-only cart.
Retention and protection
Access to order data is limited to operational needs. We retain transaction records for applicable accounting, tax, dispute and legal obligations, and delete or anonymize data when those needs end. Hosting logs follow the selected provider’s configured retention. No absolute security guarantee is made; report suspected exposure promptly and do not send secrets in a support email.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and complain to the relevant regulator. Some transaction records must be retained by law. Contact support with enough information to identify the order; we verify requests proportionately. The store is for adults and is not intended to knowingly collect children’s information.
